The Alfa 159 TI is available with a choice of powerful, fuel-efficient engines, offering a level of driving reward you can only find behind the wheel of an Alfa Romeo. Petrol-engined models include the 185bhp 2.2 JTS, and the sensational 260bhp 3.2-litre V6 with front wheel drive and Q4 all-wheel-drive. Alternatively Alfa Romeo’s 2.4-litre JTDM diesel engine combines effortless torque with frugal fuel consumption. As well as the slick-shifting manual transmission, both 1.9 and 2.4-litre JTDM diesel models and the 3.2 V6 may also be specified with the revolutionary new Q-Tronic transmission. Special TI performance features include sports suspension lowered by 20mm, red Brembo brake callipers and unique 19” alloy wheels with low-profile 235/40 tyres, for handling and braking that lives up to the promise of the badge. High performance, in the best TI tradition.

Outside, you’ll notice the sports body kit, lower stance, chrome-effect mirrors and 19” alloy wheels, further distinguished by TI badges to the side and rear. Inside, you’ll find leather sports seats, steering wheel and gear knob with contrasting red stitching and an embroidered logo on the seats. Aluminium kick plates, pedals, sports dials and aluminium trim are complemented by a darkened roof lining to create a relaxed yet driver-focused ambience.
